The Southlake Clinic needed to consolidate several small clinics into a combined practice that served similar patients. Consolidating several clinics into one required a different approach to the physicians’ practice in their existing locations – focus on the patients and get the physicians out of their offices. The clinics share reception, waiting and lab space. By providing standardized exam and procedure rooms and minimizing private offices, physicians are encouraged to increase time spent with patients. The new clinic provides ambulatory care services specializing in Dermatology, Primary Care and Endocrinology.
